The 80W CO2 laser tube is a glass bulb with 3 internal cavities. The inner and outer are filled with a mixture of CO2-N2-He gases. Electric current is supplied to the electrodes from the laser power supply. In this case, laser radiation occurs. Between the inner and outer cavities there is a coolant, which, circulating, does not allow the radiator to overheat and collapse.
With a 30W laser tube, you can count on precise engraving and cutting of plywood up to 4mm and other materials. The length of the tube is 800 mm with a diameter of 50 mm, so it is suitable for oversized desktop machines. In addition to plywood, it will cut and engrave the desired text or image on plastic, rubber and paper.
Enough power to engrave stamps on special rubber. Two-layer plastic will be cut without problems, and engraving will allow you to sell name badges, numbers and souvenirs.
The laser tube has multi-mode radiation and forced liquid cooling. It is important to ensure a water flow of 2-5 l / min, for this we recommend using chiller.
