The HG series is designed to be more lifting and stiffer than comparable products, with a specially optimized semicircular profile and structure. This ensures even load distribution in all directions and self-alignment to avoid installation errors. Thus, the guides of the HG series have a long service life, high speed performance, high accuracy and smooth movement.

• Self-installation

The specially designed 45 degree semicircular ball design of the HG series avoids most installation errors caused by uneven mounting surfaces and smooth movement through flexible deformation of the rolling elements and movement of the contact points. Self-aligning ability, high precision and smooth running are combined with ease of installation.

• Interchangeability

Due to strict dimensional control, HG series can maintain serial acceptability. This means that any carriage and any rail in the series can be used together if the sizes match. And the retainer prevents the balls from falling out when the carriage is removed from the rail.

• High structural rigidity in all directions

Thanks to the four-point contact of the balls, the HG series has a uniform load capacity in all directions. Due to the semicircular raceway profile and the larger contact area between the balls and the raceway, a high load capacity and structural rigidity are achieved.
