Description
The DM556D digital stepper motor driver is developed on the basis of modern digital signal processor control technologies. The high performance driver is based on powerful 32-bit processor control technology.
The digital driver has stable performance, low noise, vibration, temperature; microstep has 16 modes of operation. For a stepper motor with a step of 1.8 °, a maximum of 51200 pulses per revolution (1/256) can be achieved; owns the technology of suppressing resonance; low temperature rise greatly improves the performance of stepper motors. The driver has such a function as online self-tuning, so it can automatically adjust the necessary and optimal parameters for various motors without manual adjustments and ensure high productivity.
Supply voltage 24-50V, suitable for controlling motors with a maximum operating current of up to 5.6A (can be adjusted from 2.1 to 5.6A)
The DM556D driver is widely used in equipment that requires a low level of vibration and noise, it is used to automate marking, packaging, topographic equipment, various parts of CNC machines.
